Serving you through your birth and postpartum journey

Every birth and postpartum experience is specific to the mother and family.

below you will find a handful of service options I offer in hopes to meet your specific needs as you journey through this incredibly sacred experience of welcoming a child into the world.

  • 24/7 text and call support from the moment you hire me 

  • 2-3 prenatal visits to form a deeper connection with eachother, discuss your birth vision, work through any fears or emotional blocks you may have, assess nutrition, create birth affirmations, plan your postpartum experience, and meal prep together.  

  • Labor and birth support starting however early on in your labor you desire to have me with you, until about 2-3 hours after the baby is born.  

  • Nourishing meal prepared for you and your family for the first meal after the birth, served to you in bed 

  • 1-2 postpartum visits to process your birth experience, work through any questions or concerns regarding both yourself and baby, and receive light postpartum care.  

Birth Support - $1500

  • 24/7 text and call from the moment you hire me  

  • Traditional Ayurvedic, mother-centered postpartum care including but not limited to practices such as belly binding, warm oil massage, castor oil packs, vaginal steaming, and a focus on warmth and rest.  

  • Taking into account your unique Dosha (aka your constitution, the way your body works and what your unique needs and bodily tendencies are) and treating you according to this, rather than providing one-size-fits-all care  

  • Large focus on preparing nourishing, warming foods with healing herbs, spices, and wholesome ingredients to promote healing. Each postpartum visit will include at least one meal and drink made for mama to eat while I am there, as well as food prepped to be reheated in-between visits.  

  • Light housekeeping 

  • Baby care while you rest, shower, or get some solo time 

  • Addressing questions and concerns with baby and pointing you to outside resources when necessary 

  • Visits can be no shorter than 4 hours and no longer than 6 hours.  

Postpartum Support - $50 an hour 

Birth + Postpartum Combo Package 1 - $2950

  • Full prenatal and birth support as listed above, with 32 hours of postpartum care to be scheduled over the first 2-3 weeks postpartum. This package gives you 3 free hours of postpartum care, valued at $150.  

  • This package offers full prenatal and birth support as listed above, along with 96 hours of postpartum doula care to be scheduled over the first 6-7 weeks postpartum, providing the traditional 40 day postpartum recovery period. This package gives you 7 free hours of postpartum care, valued at $350.  

Birth and Postpartum Combo Package 2- $5950

First Forty Days Postpartum Package - $4500

  • This package offers 96 hours of postpartum doula care to be scheduled over the course of your first 6-7 weeks postpartum, providing the traditional Ayrurvedic 40 day postpartum recovery period. This package gives you 6 free hours of postpartum care, valued at $300.
